By accessing or using Final Equation ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

User Accounts
Account Creation
Some features require a registered account. When creating an account, you agree to:

- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use

User Content
Your Proofs
You retain ownership of the proofs and content you create. By using collaborative features, you grant other collaborators permission to view and edit shared proofs during active sessions.
Public Content
If you choose to make proofs public, you grant Final Equation a non-exclusive license to display and share that content within the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and educational content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., app stores, authentication providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINAL EQUATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Final Equation and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Final Equation operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
